spring for some ITR intake valves, use the exhaust valves they are the same also the ITR valves are a GOOD upgrade to do for more accurate valve timing, plus they are a good bit lighter than the GSR/B16 counterparts not to mention you never bend intake valves, the exhaust valves are always the ones to go

you must have really incinerated your head then, when I first bent valves on a misshift I cracked the exhaust valve guides in #4 and the intake valves were still "ok" the tech said one of them could have been ground and reused. I got ITRs instead. When I later bent valves again a few months down the road, I mildly bent 5 exhaust valves and went to stainless steel. I reused the intake valves and all the compression tests were sound. Since then, I have a new GSR head and ITR block. My cam bearing journals were trashed on the old head and I developed a rod knock... so I sprung for a better setup. Sorry to hear about your valves, get ITRs

Getting ITR valves is not the answer... Having a machine shop that knows what they are doing is the key. The head wasn't that bad, not reusable, but not as bad as I thought it would be. Either way we've gotten a tad off topic.

I wasnt looking to give you an answer but plug the ITR intake valves because they are a nice upgrade. Plus, they are inexpensive to buy from a place like inlinefour.com
