Default 00' SI with a Suspension Rattle, Creaking, and Clanking Noise

I have a 00 SI and there is an annoying rattling and bumping noise coming from what sounds like my back right rear tire area. I got my bro to sit in the back seat and trunk and he thinks its inside the car but could not find the problem. I have a full after market exhaust and have checked for any issues with it rubbing and hitting against anything and there are none. It only started doing this about a month and a half ago, and I've had my exhaust for about 3 months now. To try to remedy the problem myself I took out everything in my trunk uncluding jack, spare, and inner lining and the car continues to rattle and clank. The noise only happens when I hit a bump or when I'm on a messed up road. I'm no mechanic, but I've looked at everything in the rear of the car: bumper, trunk, exhaust, and have inspected brakes and shocks to the best of my knowledge. Its really starting to drive me crazy, if anyone one has any suggestions please let me know or I will have to take it to a mechanic. To help clarify the noise it sounds like clanking or something moving around (moving back and forth) and then it stops. I thought it was the shocks/struts going bad, so I got the car lowered and replaced the struts w/ KYB GR2s. This has helped the noise a little but you can still hear constant squeaking and clanking when I hit a bump or uneven part in the road. Thanks again for all your help

I have been experiencing a similar problem. My passenger side rear wheel area has been making a clunking/knocking sound when ever I hit bumps or drive over rough pavement. I have kyb agx's and eibach prokits but everthing seems to be tight and no signs of a problem the sound is starting to drive me a little crazy any one with a 99-00 Si having this problem or can make a suggestion as a possible cause of my problem.

Thanks

Do you get a similar noise when you slam your doors shut? I know that in my car, a 96 integra coupe, I get this annoying rattle when I hit small bumps or irregularities in the road; the same noise happens when I slam my doors (driver and passenger). I've beeen too lazy to look at it, but I think that it's coming from my rear bumper. I had a friend slam my doors and I moved around the car to listen. I'm going to remove the rear bumper and see if I can glean anything from that. I already check all suspension and exhaust components, and found nothing out of the ordinary. Good luck
