Default tryin to do my own energy suspension bushings

i have a 95 civic coupe. i ordered the front suspension bushing set. all bushings for front lca, plus the shock bushing. i have a press, and i have a torch. can anybody possibly walk me thru on the steps to remove and replace with new bushings.

And if you want to use a press then just get the appropriate shim and press away!

using a torch is a nasty way to do it, i used a hole saw just smaller than the ID of the outter metal bushing and cut through it. you can get cheap hole saw sets at harbor freight.

then placed the LCA in a vise, and use a hacksaw to cut the outer metal bushing out. it wasnt that bad this way.
