Eg Si Suspension.
i have a 95 eg si and i was wondering do you need the front sway bar is it bad to take out the sway bar because i need to change front LCA and i cant find Si ones so yeah.

It's not 100% imperative to have, but the car will feel pretty floppy without it unless you're running stiffer aftermarket springs. Lower trim level hatchbacks (i.e. CX, VX) did not come with any sway bars, although they weighed significantly less.
Look for control arms from a '92-95 Civic EX - they shared the same front lower arms as the Si model.
Why are you replacing the control arms? Are they bent or are the bushings bad? The front lower arms have two sections bolted together (the bushings are on one piece and the sway bar mount is on the other), so if you can't find one with a sway bar mount and your existing arms aren't bent, then you could unbolt the sections and swap them around.
