Tokico blue struts with Ground Control sleeves?
Current setup as for suspension
Tokico blue struts
CUT H&R lowering springs
Blox Rear lcas
No name rear strut bar
No name rear lower tie bar
GSR front Strut bar
Looking to see if anyone experienced the blues with gc. The ride isn't the most important thing to me. Just looking for more of a drop. How much of a drop should i be expecting from stock height. Prob pick up some GC for 250ish and stick with the struts. Or is it highly recommended for a full coil over setup. Yes I'm looking for slammage so cambers would come into play.
To answer the early questions about why would i cut springs. Wanted to drop more and didn't care for ride. To my surprise the ride stayed the same and still gave me some tuck.

function&form type 1's. These coilovers will put your car on the ground
Personaly i would throw the shocks in the trash. They are a oem replacement and noithing more.

Get some extended top hats if your going to run tokico blues.
My friend ran that set up for along time and it was a good low ride on his
DA. Im using skunk2 sports shocks with GC springs
And my coupe rides great low.

I too am in the market for some shock/struts. i know i'm already going with the GC springs, what i want to know is what other kind(besides yellow or blues) has anybody messed with? i'm looking for the best possible, reasonale ride for the money. If that means the yellows, then i'll just buy them. thanks in advance

i've decided to go with the Koni/GC set up. seems much better to have all angle covered via adjustable height and stiffness. you can't go wrong with that.
