Default Skunk 2 lowering kit with cambers.

I know absolutely nothing about coilovers. I'm new to the Honda game and I'd like to lift the car up a bit to take stress off the front axles considering I've already had to replace both axles. any information on how to adjust the coilovers would be great....or even just any information about them at all. BTW it is a 00 Civic Si

Have you looked at the coil-overs? Not to be mean, but it's pretty self-explanatory.

It's really a matter of looking at the coil-over and going: "Oh"

Be aware the coilover should have an allen lock nut you'll need to loosen before the sleeve will thread.

I'm not sure if you have coilovers, or if you're looking at buying a set to replace your springs. But if you're looking at a new setup please take the time to read my suspension guide in my signature. It's objective, but it will at least point you in the right direction. Also what do you need to know about camber? Unless you have some crazy wheel fitment or are super-slammed, camber kits are unnecessary.

As Libertariat says, it's pretty obvious what to do. Put the car on jacks, remove the wheel, loosen the allen bolt, and use a pair of coilover wrenches to raise the perch. One turn is probably in the neighborhood of 1/16".

After you have the ride height set, check it on smooth level pavement, measuring from the center of the hub to the top of the fender, and make sure it is even. Then take it to a tire shop and have them fix the camber when they do an alignment.

That is IF you have camber kits. If you don't have adjustable camber arms all they can adjust is your toe.

You may only need to correct your toe if you aren't super-slammed or have a crazy wheel fitment like I mentioned above.

Sorry I didn't specify. Yes the car has front and rear cambers just like in the picture you posted. I did take a look at them but wasn't sure how they work. So the only tools I will need is an allen wrench and a coilover wrench?

The image in the pictures are of COILOVERS. Not "cambers".

Yes, and the ability to raise the car and remove a wheel. But the picture shows the coilovers, not the camber adjusters (which are just adjustable-length upper control arms). But that doesn't matter, because the alignment tech will adjust those for you to get the camber within spec. If it turns out you don't have them, the camber will be what it will be, but as long as you're not slammed it will not be a problem at all.

Alright so I tried to move the coilovers and i will try my best to explain in detail what I did and maybe you can tell me why I got no results. I lifted the car. Took the tire off. Inspected the coilover. Cleaned the threads with a spray. Moved the second ring up close to the perch then moved the perch (or so I thought) and there is almost no difference at least that I can tell.

Just to clarify, the perch is the gold part. I'm not sure what you mean when you say "second ring." If you screw the perch up the threads on the sleeve so that it compresses the spring, you will gain an inch of ride height for every inch you move the perch up, unless the spring was not preloaded correctly, in which case you won't get much ride height change until you're past the point of preload.

As grumblemarc is indicating it's important that you hold the sleeve steady or it will spin freely and you wont move the perch up the sleeve.

Yes the right coilover moved pretty easily no issues there but I got to the left side and it was very difficult to move and then the whole sleeve started spinning

A lot of Ebay "style" and Skunk2 coilovers have a second locking ring on them and you should have two adjusting wrenches. Without these you'll have a helluva time adjusting your ride height.
