Default Should I replace these rotors?

2001 Prelude SH.

Since I bought the car, my driver rear rotor has always had what appears to be a section where the pad isn't making contact, resulting in a line of rust. I'm guessing this is due to the previous owner failing to do one thing or another in due time. I haven't had an issue except now I believe the pad is starting to wear down on it, making this lovely humming noise while I drive down the road (not applying the brake). Once parked, the entire wheel is very hot to the touch, and the others are not.

I think the rear driver should obviously be replaced, but should I go for all 4? (See pics). Your thoughts are appreciated.

Are they in spec? And when was the last time you changed the pads out?

I don't know if they are in spec, I don't currently have a measuring tool. The pads have plenty of life left (75%), they are most likely Honda pads as the previous owner took it to the dealer for everything.

Does it pretty much come down to measuring them? I thought maybe visually it would be a quick call.

Your call. If they obviously are fucked then change them.
I don't think I would need to ask. I'd just do it.

Nothing wrong with getting a second opinion.

Grooved rotors aren't necessarily a bad thing. Due to the nature of my driving (Autocross + Daily driving) my rotors are always grooved and they behave fine.

If your brakes feel fine they probably are.
