The s.techs only lower the car 1.5" you be better off just sticking with appropriate shocks for your car, also the valving on ef shocks is going to be soft. If you're really worried just get some get some extended top hats.

no... the height difference comes from above the perch unless you have koni yellows and even then only have a slight adjustment. If you want to go lower stop being cheap and buy the proper springs/coilovers.

To answer your question, yes.

The ef setup is a shorter stroke and will not extend as far as the eg.

Back before the more sophisticated coilover setups were available we did this to control and limit the Rebound effect when launching a drag car.

As far as how high the car will sit, will still remain on the springs. Just fair warning that with a spring that only provides a 1.5 inch drop, you may have to compress the spring when installing it on an ef strut. Another thing to watch out for is binding the coil up if you are not using a spring setup that has an adjustable perch, ie Ground Control etc.

Hope this helps. Good Luck

This is the same shock/spring setup that was brought from my crx to my eg. It is slightly lower on the eg due to the shorter shock. Don't know if it is what you are looking for, but it's just an input
