The three holes are where you mount it. Each one, I believe starting from the frame going to the tire is, soft, medium, hard. Basically it increases or decreases the strength of the bar using basic geometery without having to fully swap out different MM bars. Say your bar is 22mm, bolting to the middle hole will have the affect of a 22mm bar, where as going to the inboard hole will theoretically give the affect of a smaller MM bar, and going to the outboard hole will in-turn do the opposite of the inboard hole. Now how much of an increase or decrease, if from what I have read is right, I am not sure.

ive heard that before as well, but as of now my endlinks arent as perpendicular as i think they should be.....thats why im curious to see if they stock mounting location is the bottom hole, with the other 3 being if you want to fine tune your bar

That is why they make adjustable endlinks, and that bottom hole, I am pretty sure is not for mounting the sway bar. I know the SK2's dont have a bottom hole just three top ones if compared to yours.

The hole below the other three IS the correct mounting hole for a 96-00 Civic using OE end links. The OE arms have the sway bar end link hole in that location, in the middle of the arm.

The other 3 holes require the use of adjustable end links.

^^ what he said. Integras use the upper holes, Civics use lower holes. OP -- just use whatever hole lets your endlink be straight and your sway bar be horizontal (should be the lower hole).

i have Function 7 Adjustable endlinks.....is the bottom hole still the correct mounting location, or is that only a location for stock endlinks such as SI links?

huh? The OP's F7 arms are for 96-00 Civics only. Integras and 92-95 Civics have their own LCA design, which uses a hole towards the top edge (the F7 versions have 3 near the top).

F7 commented on this a little while ago. I beleive it goes like 5%-10%-15% stiffer on the holes in that order from outside to in and the bottom hole is OE location

I was intending to correct confusion but I don't think I did a good job. I thought that frogsplash was thinking of the Integra and earlier Civics that correctly mount on the top with the factory endlink. On the later Civics the endlink mounts into the center of the arm. Someone used to hearing that on Integras and some Civics the central mounting point is wrong (e.g. with Blox) might not realize that it's correct for control arms designed for 96-00 Civics.
