Front suspension knocking/vibrating

Front suspension knocking/vibrating
I'm running Tokico blue struts with ground control coils and buddy club front camber kit(got the car that way). On my 97 Civic Hatchback. It is not extremely low. It knocks and vibrates hard whenever I take a sharp right or run over a good size bump, vibrates and shakes the car. I have a strong feeling its the camber kit hitting the top of the engine bay. Question or questions are. Is it safe to cut out a good size square to make room for the front camber kits? Another question or advice, is there anything else that would be causing it to vibrate? I'm getting my guess because when I looked at the camber kits it had a good amount of wear on them like they have been rubbing against something.
Best way to describe the square i want to cut out is in this video.

Hopefully I explained everything right if not let me know if you need anymore info. Thanks in advance

Re: Front suspension knocking/vibrating
First thing to do is establish whether you'r hitting the tower - just look for any signs of impact. If you see nothing, get the front up on stands and grab the wheels at 12 and 6 and rock them. If there's movement, try to determine if the movement is coming from the lower or upper control arms. Could be bushings or balljoints. Just don't cut into a structural member like that idiot in the video did.
