It will work with your existing fork. The cup size is all the same.
If you switch to EK9 front lower arms you will need EK9/EM1 forks. If you are keeping you DX arms, use your DX forks.

There are only two types of forks. The EK9/EM1 is the largest- there wouldn't be anything larger.
If you are worried, take a measurement of the inner distance between the fork legs and I'll compare it against mine tomorrow.
Are you attempting to buy EM1 front lower arms and want to see if those forks will work with the arms or are you going to use the DX arms? I am unclear about your intentions. Please explain more.

The Si and the CTR are the same LCA...just the sway bar is different.

OP is in Canada... His Si is our EX, our Si is his Si-R. If he has the 22mm front bar I can almost guarantee that he has the cast lower arms.

good call. I forgot the the DX arms wouldn't have the hole for the sway bar, so he would have needed to change out to mount the bar.

To put this to rest:
The inner distance on an EK9/EM1 shock fork is roughly 71mm. All other shock forks (including DC2 for you K swap guys) are roughly 50mm.

SiR and ek9 front components are the same as the US si.
Assuming the Showa stuff was for the ek9, I don't see why it wouldn't fit. Do it and figure it out.
