drag alignment specs?? any EXPERIENCED RACERS/BUILDERS input please!
Hey all in HT world...
I am building a weekend warrior, a 95 EG 4door sleeper unit.
I am hoping for 350-400HP on the track, and i am wondering if anyone out there has played around with different camber/caster/toe settings to maximize traction on the 1/4 mile?
I am a full-time mechanic, with full facilities at my disposal. I am very experienced at alignments, but never thought of manipulating angles or specs to maximize race car applications.
I fully understand the physics behind a rolling tire, forces applied to it and all that other crap i somehow retained while becoming a mechanic....so please no comments telling me to 'set the toe and let it go' or anything like that.
So has anyone ever played around with different specs to see what happens?

figure out a way to have the wheels going straight once they load up the suspension.
