GC coilovers or swift springs

I got a acura integra db and i wanted to know which is better GC coilovers or swift springs for the db could ride nice and smooth also going with KYB GR 2 for shocks?

The kyb gr2's are going to blow, they arent made for a lowerd car.

What spring rates?

yeah what springrates? and maybe you should go with iluminas,koni yellows, or even KYB AGX for shocks..

i have very good things about illuminas, and good and bad about kyb agx's thinking about picking up a set though.

my brother has kyb agx's on his crx which is lowered to a decent height with extended top hats and the back shocks are blown. they've only been on the car for about ten months, so just letting you know kyb agx's are a pos.
