I never thought I'd actually sell my Civic, but the time has come. I'm the original owner, it has a clean title, and has never been in an accident in the 10 years I've had it. I never intended to sell it, but frankly, I haven't driven it since I started law school and as I'm studying for the BAR now, I can't imagine myself having any time in the future to enjoy it either. I've babied this car and for being a decade old, the paint is in pretty good shape as it's always been garaged. A few dings on the body, but nothing that stands out to the eye at all. I just recently waxed it and it still shines really nice. The motor was rebuilt about 3 years ago by Steve (Omniman) at Dynamic Autosports and since then, it's only accumulated about 5,000 miles. Before the rebuild, a baseline dyno was done by Aries at Dynamic and it put down 158.8hp and 123.2 lb/ft. I never got around to doing one after the rebuild but it's quick! Oil changed with Mobil 1 synthetic. I've currently put it on non-operational status as it needs a smog and I just don't have the time to get it done. If someone's interested though, I can that done, if neccessary. But if buyer wants to deal with the smog, I can work with them on the price to help them out.
