Yes. It is the OEM Honda cargo cover and I had it professionally re-wrapped in black tweed. It is in brand new condition. No Tears, Rips, Stains Etc. ITS BRAND NEW! I no longer have my EK so I need this gone. Price is very fair considering $50 is half the price I paid just to have it wrapped.
