1997 Candian Type R, Clean title $7500!
price drop 6000
If you Do not like this car or feel like my price is to high , than please keep it to yourself Unless you would like to make an offer my # is at the bottom, Thank you for your cooperation.
So up for sale is my 97 Canadian Type R registered and bard in Southern California, clean title.
This car is running and driving but does not have original TYPE R motor, front seats, or carbon interior. The car was also painted lexus is250 pearl white from previous owner not me
they did paint the engine bay as well as the door jams so it is all matching.
Has the Real JDM ITR front end as well as oem headlights.
Now as far as the car goes it has an LS motor 1.8L and is bard for any 1.8L , CTR LSD tranny, s2000 front seats, and will come with s2000 rims.
This type R does have the TYPE R cluster as well as back seats.
There are no oil leaks, The tranny does not grind or pop out.
The header is pinched and could be replaced but thats up to the buyer.
I am willing to sell as a shell and my price will reflect that..
As far as this car being a reliable vehicle it really is and It has taken me on some far journeys and has not given me any problems.

Thank you bro! and I have had the vehicle for about 6 months now I acquired it in a trade and thats how I got it from the previous owner. As far as maintenance on it I have only done oil changes.

this car was for sale from a previous owner just last month... i know because i was about to buy it in downey and he was selling for cheap.. haha anyways GL on sale clean type r!

some people like to lie to make the deal sound better in their favor.
there is a blue GSR with JDM frot match painted floating around on craigslist with a LS swap in it.
he states that the previous owner blew the original motor street racing so he bought it as a shell and put an LS in it.
which is not true. i know this because it was a technicians car here where i work.
my co worker bought the car with an LS already swaped and put on the JDM front then sold it for $3500 almost 2 years ago. the new owner paint matched it and added i think 2 G on top of it and came up with that bogus story.

thanks man, and yeah thats what I figured. Who ever feels like any thing I am posting is not the truth send me a pm or text me I will be more than happy to disclose the previous owners number and you may speak to him. I know this car is not for every one so please keep your negative comments to your self no one cares what you think! smh

Good luck on sale and I bought this of a Asian guy from the rosemade area and I got it as a shell! Fully striped interior no engine nothing was on vehicule I sourced the lil stuff I could and got it back on the road..but yee this guy has not own vehicule for as long as he says he has.. None the less clean car

Who cares how much the OP paid for it and what he is selling it for.
As long as he didn't steal it or is knowingly selling it with the intent of screwing someone over whats the fuss and commotion about...and as for the background story who cares being that we are on HT shows that we should be some what mechanically inclined and know what we are buying anyways. I really don't care what the story people say for the reason they are selling and I rather hear some BS then I bought this to make money off you.
