so where was your car found?

Car was found in East LA. The idiot had the stripped shell on his truck and he was pulled over by the cops right before he was about to dump it.

He tried to tell some story about how he was dropping it off at a wrecking yard but who drops a shell with the front end cut off and no plates at midnight.

Like I said in the very beginning, I'll spend $5k on an attorney because I will just add that to the bill of whoever was involved.

His arraignment is on August 4th and we'll be there to see what he tries to plea.

Thank you. I was just in contact with the detective and there were two different prints that were recovered from the car. I washed the car a few hours before it was stolen so there shouldn't have really been any prints on the car at all. They had the car for over three months, left prints on the car AND they let one of their own get caught with the stripped shell...wow!

Just picked up personal belongings from the car. The thieves stole my gym shorts and gym shoes. Considering the clothes, the prints, the guy that was caught with the shell, I've come to the conclusion that "Dumb and Dumber" stole my Integra. Let this be a lesson to any of you kids under 18 that read this; stay in school and get an education. Being stupid and being a thief gets you nowhere.

That's what I'm waiting to find out. The detectives are not releasing every single detail to me since it is an on-going investigation.

who ever it was you should put their names on blast. The people you stated in the first page should receive an apology if they were not the one's, after all you did try to shame their names.

I didn't put anyone's name and on my post, I didn't accuse them myself of stealing the car. My post specifically says that "I don't know if it's true but I would be interested in speaking with them." I'm letting the attorney just take care of everything at this point but thanks for posting a message. I'm not into the racing scene and haven't been for about 10 years, I'm just a Honda enthusiast. Ten years ago when I was into it, I remember thieves being a problem and from happened with my car and from what I hear, thieves are still a problem.

Like I've said before, as information is released to me and as the LAPD and my attorney say I can release details, I will. At this point, it's still an ongoing investigation and I'm limited as to what I can say and what I can't say. The guy that was caught in possession of the shell has his arraignment on 8/4. He is on a $35k bond right now so he would be stupid if he didn't show up. As soon as I start my civil case against him and anyone involved, I'll post the link to the case summary on the court's website since that would be public information.

I say you tell us where the arraignment is that way we can all show up and get a good look at this guy.....maybe follow him home.....

I am filing a Civil lawsuit against him. The "Demand Letter" is being drafted and will be on its way to the guy that was caught with the car next week.

what kind of security was on your car when it got stolen? im just wondering so i know how much security i need to put on mine.
