1996 EX runs, cheap.

I have a black 1996 Civic EX coupe that has been my daily for the last 3 years did I drive 80-100 miles a day and have taken it to northeast Iowa and back. I bought it from I think the 3rd or 4th owner it has spent its life in TN so no rust. The paint is not very good the hood, drivers fender, and front bumper are faded pretty bad looks flat black the rest is just old I actually have never tried to clean it up this is just my beater that gets shifted at under 3k to save on gas. This car is my 6th Civic I trust it.
Recent Maitenance/facts
270k miles
Distributor in September with rywire obd1/2 adapter
New Radiator 2 years ago
Battery and Alternator in August
d15b block, z6 head, y8 intake manifold installed at 258k clutch and timing belt done at that time
Good
97 Integra seats on Civic rails (I hate stock civic seats)
CD Player
Aftermarket speakers (pioneer)
Gets 32-38 mpg
All power options work
Shifts like butter no grinds
Interior is pretty good
Bads
Headliner is currently out due to being in poor shape. Will include.
CEL for IACV (causes the throttle to be a bit finicky)
CEL for knock Sensor due to the obdII ecu
Aforementioned paint
Burns 1 quart every 2k miles or so
Very Small coolant leak, does not even leave a spot on my driveway. Think it is from the water pipe/thermostat housing area.
Crack in windshield on the lower half drivers side
Axleback is newer but a bolt snapped so it rattles a bit
If you charge the a/c it will stay cold for 4-5 days so it has a leak somewhere I have never even looked for it no a/c=no problem for me
SRS Light came on awhile ago
