Default 2002 honda civic ex 1.7 SOHC turbo kit???

i need to find a turbo kit for my civic hard to find anything for this car because it is a 2002 model .... no one seems to make stuff for it yet.... Click the image to open in full size.

The returnless fuel system and newer ecu designs make it hard to control fueling for a turbo.

I dont own anything newer than obd1, but don't the obd2 guys just run a coversion harness to an obd1 ecu? The returnless design only rules out use of fmu setups?
