my car shakes violently also when i turn on the AC and put it in reverse - it's kinda like an epileptic seizure for cars.

remember that when the cooling fans turn on it's a huge draw on the electrical system and the engine seems to have to recover from it. I have no idea why tho? I mean the fans are completely electrictrically driven so they should have no affect but then again if you hit all the windows to open them at the same time the RPM's drop as well. I think it's a Honda thing.

My old CRX did this, it kept getting o2 sensor codes, rough idle all this stuff. I replaced a bunch of stuff like the o2 sensor and it ended up being the battery. The old one started the car fine, but for some reason wouldn't run right.
