I dont know if this has been mentioned, but I would check all of the engine grounding straps for corrosion/wear. Had a similar problem to OP in my EF and that was the issue.

i would check for any vacume leaks, then if all is well i would look into the o2 sensor... thats just were i would start being that a lean code could b caused by a vac leak.

Thank u guys all so much I will go to the junk.yard tomorrow and fix the leak..... what happens if I unplug the o2 sensor? Also sorry for not responding quickly I drove the car from Mississippi to nh.... I didn't have a choice I just lost wife and kids and.had no place to go.... I did replace map.sensor and.still had issues tho.... I tested the tps and that was fine too.... at some points especially up hills the car lost power or wouldn't go above 50 or 60 mph... typically 60.... there is no rust anywhere on the car in really good condition.... but will touch base in.a day or two about fixing the purge solenoid and let u know if that fixes it before I unplug the o2 sensor
