Default 98 Accord no start (has spark and fuel pump primes)

Let me start by saying that I haven't laid hands on the car. I'm trying to help diagnose over the phone... So, I will try my best to help you to help me but we all know how it is...

1998 Accord EX Automatic
All stock.
Engine codes: P1356, P1607, P1259, P1457

The car was driving and shut off during the drive. Now it doesn't start.

Has spark and the fuel pump primes and sends fuel to the rail. The distributor is new within the last year and doesn't appear to be corroded.

The immobilizer light isn't blinking.

A timing light has not been used on the injectors.

I've recommended to check the grounding connections but only because I don't really know what else to check.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to better diagnose the problem?

I'm not. Mainly because the first code doesn't seem to be anything.

I asked him to reset his ECU and re-pull the codes.

I also read that the P1607 may be caused by a weak battery. Not sure if that's true but I've asked him to ensure he's got a strong battery charge.

What's the ECU for this car? The FAQ doesn't have this gen. Or, am I reading it wrong?
