Removing Upper Control Arm Ball Joints
How easy/hard is it to remove the ball joints on the front and rear upper control arms? I'm about to be ordering some adjustable ball joints but just want to get a grasp on how to remove them first...Any help is appreciated.

Re: Removing Upper Control Arm Ball Joints
Yes, all camber adjustability from aftermarket kits is done in the upper control arms...I don't know what he is thinking of.
Both front and rear upper control arm ball joints have to be pressed in and out of the arms. It's an easy press though, because the arm is relatively thin.
Shown below is a rear upper ball joint, followed by the rear and the front lower ball joints. Aftermarket kits will either replace upper ball joint or upper control arm mount bushings with adjustable units.
