BiMarco seats
Anybody have experience with this seat? I have read good reviews so far. Price is unbeatable at $449 + 89 for shipping for a Halo seat.

Re: BiMarco seats
I've seen them for sale online and wondered the same thing... for not a lot more I *think* you could probably score an OMP halo seat locally (well, Orlando) from TrackSpeed though?
Edit:
Louis @ LTB would also be worth checking with... his prices on Momo stuff are insanely good.

Re: BiMarco seats
hmmmm, that is a fantastic price. In for reviews.
Heck even their non halo FIAs are a pretty good deal, wonder what the materials and comfort is like on those. They are only a little more than the OMP TRS seats.

Heard of them, but no personal experience with them. I think they're made in Poland if memory serves me right. A while back there was a company re-branding their seats and selling them, wish I could remember who it was. I know about a year ago Bimarco was working on getting a US distributor in Chicago. Not sure if that ever panned out.

Re: BiMarco seats
They have a US distributor now. I am checking the dimensions to be sure the Halo seat fits and plan on ordering 1. I saw 1 in a Civic on the chumpcar forum so I am optimistic. I just bought new suspension so it will be a few weeks whilst the credit card cools down.

Re: BiMarco seats
Yep, they offer FIA and non-FIA rated seats. IIRC, the winged seat above is $150-200 cheaper than the inexpensive OMP/Sparco/Momo options and less than half the cost of a nice Racetech or Recaro.

Re: BiMarco seats
Just saw these are for sale with free shipping from soloperformance. Looks like a great deal for FIA, non tubular seats if the quality is half decent. 3 FIA seats at $400, $420 and $540.

Re: BiMarco seats
So I did a practice, qualifier, and a sprint on Sat, then I did 1 hour 20 min of an enduro on Sunday (front wheel cam off). in this seat.
I am 6'1" / 190 lbs and love this seat. As far as halo seats I have spent a lot of time in the momo Daytona and sat in the sparco pro-advan.
This seat is very sturdy, not too constraining in the hips and thighs, the under knee bolsters are splint in the middle and very forging so when your doing the pedal work it is nice. It totally cacoons you in the upper body, felt just right and the halo portion is the least obstructive visually I have sat in. I prefer this seat to the momo Daytona at this point.
The only complaint is the shop said the base is very wide, they had to do some cutting and widening of the sparco base (sliders) to fit and the seat is too high for me from what I had. I had great leg and helmet clearance with my cheap sparco sprint v, not now, I am hoping we can either re drill the side plates or order the bimarco side mounts to get it lower, I need to look under the seat to see how much we can try to cheat it down. I have a pic of the seat in the car on the thread for track photos. If I can fix the height it's perfect.
