Icon2 Odometer/Trip button

I was just resetting my Maint. Req. Light and I noticed the button, on the cluster, for the Odometer/Trip needed to be pushed very hard, and almost off to the side in order to make good "contact" to reset the light. The same condition is needed to change from Odometer to Trip, obviously. Is this common, or am I looking at something off-the-wall crazy? Any information is welcome, thanks.

Default Re: Odometer/Trip button

First post was done on my phone, at work, and wasn't able to search.

Some of the info. I've found talks about the switch/button on the cluster, where the Odometer/Trip selector touches, could be worn out or just have bad contact.

Has anyone heard of or dealt with this issue?
