b18b swap in ef. Won't rev past 3k rpm
specs
b18b ob2a motor
91 civic si mpfi hatch obd0
p75-a01 obd1 ecu unchipped
obd1 jumper harness for ecu and distributor
new obd1 distributor for ckp sensor
4wire 02
no CEL codes
new fuel filter
Car sounds likes its hitting rev limiter at 3-4k rpms and it dies after 25 min of running. It also idles very rough and runs SUPER rich. I have a puddle under my exhaust from unburnt fuel. Does the same with CAT on and off.
Any ideas?

99% says its map sensor.
Try seeing if map and tps plugs reversed. Or if map plug is not getting good connection

I have never seen this problem get reported as being fixed and it always occurs after a swap. You've done something wrong of forgot to do something.

I am replacing fuel pump tomorrow morning and if that doesn't solve my issues, I will install a different wire harness to see if it is bad wiring or grounding out.
