Re: B18c 600+ hp Drag Build
Everyone seems to know how to spend money on the block but never seems to build the rest of the car around it.
Turbo is too small, 6262 you're going to really be pushing to get to that level as well.
Let me guess, 1000cc injectors and a walbro intank? You're running out of fuel real quick. You've got some things down, like the right clutch for the job, but definitely look into the turbocharger and the fuel system.

Interesting since the turbo is said to max at like 735 hp... It will hit my goals since I have talked to numerous shops and racers that use it.
Nice. I didnt know it could handle that much. Either way the 6262 or the 5858 is still a good name, but not quite as expensive. I also want journal bearings not ball bearing. I am hoping to run this engine for a long time haha.

I plan on running 93 to play with the turbo and get used to it at around 300hp. Then 110 / 116 depending on need for the best power combo. It will all be up to what my tuner thinks.
Once the block is built and the turbo is pushing out over 400 whp then yeah it will be a "street legal" dedicated drag car. I will continue to make it more and more dedicated as well. But for now it has license plates and I am going to be driving it a lot.

Who ever said that the 6262 is too small to support 600hp is nuts. They have made upwards of 750 easily. Hell i made 550 on a 1.8l and only 21psi.

No. I am going to daily it on 93 at whatever power I can get. Ill see what I can get but I have no doubts about the 340 taking me to 300 whp and then the A1000 taking me to whatever I need.

I made 693 on stock sleeves with a single walbro 400 and 1600s. Base fuel pressure and 70% duty cycle q16. Less hassle less parts less money great results. Keep it simple.

Stock sleeves good up to 500 with a good tune after 500hp ur on borrowed time. Is this ur first highhp car have u ever had 400hp+ in a Honda? it's plenty for what ur trying to do u want it to last a long period of time ur not too crazy in hp there to break stuff but things can happen at any hp.
