Default 96 gsr stock backfire died now stumped help please!

Alright guys this is my first time ive been officially stumped hoping u guys can think of something im not seeing but i have a 96 integra gsr its bone stock besides has an alarm i was driving it one day on my way home and decided to pick up new spark plugs ngk gpowers was told by the oreillys guy to gap them so i gapped them to spec started driving on the way home and as soon as i went past about 1/4 throttle it would bog down and start backfiring so i tried giving it full throttle for about 3 seconds then it just let out one big backfire and died didnt show any check engine light and wouldnt start back up just turned over so towed the car home checked spark and fuel has both timing is dead on pulled the plugs and all of them had gas on them so went out and bought a new distributor to eliminate another problem thought maybe it was getting to weak of spark that didnt do it then found out later the gpower plugs werent suppose to be gapped wich i thought was different that u had to start gapping platinum plugs so bought a new set of ngk iridiums pre gapped and that did nothing sprayed some starting fluid in her to make sure it was getting fuel and nothing so then decided to compression test it and 2 cylinders were around 130psi and the other two were around 150psi so no bent valves only things i can think of are maybe doesnt start cause of uneven compression, the ecu just crapping out or maybe the backfire messed up the map sensor reading? any help or ideas? miss driving her =(

did you remove the wires from the cap ? perhaps you got the wires mixed up ?

obviously if that's not the case then you either got the wrong gap or you got the wrong plugs

I had a similar issue with my B16, a week ago.
We stripped and cleaned the dissy contacts, and made sure the wire to the external coil was fine.
This seemed to solve my issue.

You need to do the ign. timing.

Make sure timing belt has not skipped a tooth.

Also your post was very hard to read, try using sentences, paragraphs and some punctuation. 94
