Post H22A EG Problem (Still)

Ok, so I am still having this problem with my car on cold starts and idling. The video about is what its doing when I start it first thing in the morning, I have to give it gas while cranking just to get it to start and continue to feather the gas until it warms up or it will try to stall. And when it idles it is high and will sometime fluctuate or raise to an even higher idle. I've checked the TPS and its good, removed cleaned and reinstalled the IACV and it seems to work right, somebody told me it could be the ECT causing this but wanted a few other opinions. Any ideas?

i would check the ignition parts inside the distributor. Ive had similar problems due to poor connections at the icm. And the TPS needs the right calibration, and all of the other sensors need to be hooked up and operating correctly. Also... timing, ignition settings, and air/fuel need to be right.

i have a horrible exhaust leak from where the previous owner smashed the bottom of the headers. ive looked at the cap n rotor and they look fine, but i need to check the distrbutor itself. I adjusted the TPS cause it was reading a little low and it didnt change it.
