I NEED TO KNOW WHAT THIS PART IS CALLED
i got into an accident about a year ago and cant find the a certain part
(this is not my car but the same make and model)
That metal crossbar that is above the headlights and goes across the radiator.

Your going to want to get it welded back in. Another options is this:

The rad support is very flimsy you can easily bend it back. It bent back the best by using the sides where the hole is rather than the top bar.
If your buying it look for a lkq or keystone store locally, all parts are way cheaper than even ebay. Think it was $40 vs $90 through ebay. There prices seem to be as cheap as my local pick and pull junkyard.
