how to change intake manifold?

how to change intake manifold?
can anyone point me in the direction or send me a link on how to change intake manfold.. an does the non vtec mani fit on the vtec head?

It's fairly straightforward.
The intake mani bolts to the head with 8 or so 12mm fasteners.
Some are easier to access from underneath, pull the oil filter and you should have plenty of room.
Additionally there is a bracket under there to help support the manifold that has to come off as well.
Drain you coolant first as the thermostat housing is going to come off too.
Be careful reinstalling the waterpipe and make sure the rubber o-ring gasket seats correctly.
Alot of folks run into issues with leaks if this isnt flush inside the thermostat housing.
Your intake manifold will fit the B1 head.
