I don't think anyone mentioned Throttle Position Sensor yet. Sometimes there can be a glitch on the grid inside the sensor. This can be checked with a multimeter to. You need to see a constant increase/decrease in voltage to make sure there is no dirt, scratches in there.
I haven't read every one of the symptoms you've listed but this came to mind.
I think you said it happens when its cold too? If you warm is up it runs fine? My 98' Acura CL will run fine once warm but buck when its cold because of a warn out transmission, but then again, that's an automatic.
Definitely check fuel pressure like everyone else said.
Also you can look up that bolt size for the valve cover..check out bernardiparts.com or google Bernardi Honda Parts. They have diagrams/pictures of the engine and you can pick out which parts you need.

you definitely want the valve cover bolts to be replaced. when you say one is broken where exactly is it broken? have you troubleshooted the egr system yet?
compression check wouldn't hurt

ok i was testing out my car today and i let it get to running temp.. then i put the throttle to 2 rpm and held it there for a good 1 or 2 minutes then it just starting misfiring/bogging but i held the throttle exactly the same and it went down to like 1.2-1.5 rpm and it just sounded like bogging then when i let off the throttle it shot down to like 150-200 rpm almost killed it but then idled fine..... does that tell anyone anything?

How many miles does your Honda have on it? Is/are the Oxygen Sensor(s) original. It's more unusual for OBD2, but on OBD1 the o2 sensor can fail and never throw a CEL. It leads to the very kind of barely-drivable bogging that you described.

ok i have all the symptoms down to the wire.. i put a new cap and rotor on the car and it doesnt do it when its cold now.. now when it gets to running temp about 60 to 80% of the time it will hit 2.5 to 3 rpm and start losing all the motors power.. it will do it untill i absolutely floor it then it just all the suddens bucks and lunges forward untill i shift into the next gear and it does it again. if i shut the car off at a stop sign really quick and restart it sometimes that helps.. any ideas will help its driving me crazy! ive heard of other people having these symptoms but it seems know one finds the problem or atleast they dont post it.

At least with my car when the issue happened, I found out it was the o2 sensor by simply unplugging it. With it unplugged the issue went away, yeah I had a check engine light, but the car didn't bog anymore. So maybe you could try that to rule out the o2 sensor. Otherwise you should be able to get a denso o2 sensor from rockauto for cheap.

So would autozone be able to check if there are any stored codes? because i don't know if the guy i bought it off of erased codes or not?
