Innovative Mounts warranty questions
Hey guys,
I've got a b18a1 swapped into my 89 hatch using Innovative B series Mounts. Lately I've noticed that I get a lot of vibration at idle and acceleration from stop. I suspect its the mounts because they are looking kind of bulgy and deformed, not flush like when new.
I bought the mounts used with my motor swap, I was wondering if they are covered under warranty? The Innovative site says "lifetime warranty" on the product. Has anyone dealt with them before? How would it work? (for example do I send them mine and then wait 6 months with my car off the road for new ones?). Also I don't have the receipt.
If anyone has any experience with this please let me know. Or else I will call them, but it would be nice to avoid the long distance charges and see what I am up against first. Thanks guys

Re: Innovative Mounts warranty questions
I had the same issue with mine even though the engine never ran with the mounts in, just sat in my driveway for 2 years. They replaced bushings for free I just had to ship to them. Also, whoever I spoke with over there said worst case, I pay $10 per bushing for new ones but it didn't come to that.
