Rebuild a Rack and Pinion Steering Rack
do they sell a kit anywhere? its like a bearing or a bushing on the inside is blown out and its all lose in there... anyway to fix this?

order the rack end bushing from honda. You may also want to do your tie rods while in there. If you do You should also get the washers and inner tie rod ends along with some grease for assembly. Search rack end bushing replacement, there are several HOW-TO articles up.

Installing a 92 civic manual rack but passenger side (where u screw in the tie rod) has no groove to clamp the boot. What part do I need?
Notice pic below, the groove is there on the driver side to clamp the boot on.

I found the answer. I found this on my EK manual rack. It includes the mount bushing and the place to strap down the rubber boot-- all in one. Simple, just couldn't find that piece or a part number in the diagrams above???
