EF MOTOR MOUNT HELP?????
ok im swaping out my stock d15b7 out of my crx and putting a jdm d15b after pulling the stock motor i scrapped it without taking anything off dumb on my part but wanted it out the yard well when i went to put the drive side motor mount on the mount post the 2 bolts dont line up with the post that came on the d15b so do i need to get a motor mount post/bracket off a d15 out of a crx or ......???

Go to the junkyards the mount with post or bracket are like $11 bucks. And when your there you can check to see any difference. I'm thinking about swapping the d15b vtec in my ride this month so it would be cool to get this info.

I also learned the hard way. Never throw away any car parts unless you never plan to work on cars again. It never fails, I always have to reach into my bin of used parts when working on my CRX.

the original engine bracket and motor mount (88-91) needs to be reused. the 92-95 civics are different so thats the issue your having. had the same problem before.
