New Rear Koni Yellows Won't Adjust but Fronts Do
Hey I just installed brand new Koni Yellows all round on my 02 Rsx type s. All 4 are supposed to be able to adjust by **** and the front adjust fine with resistance(8610 series) but the Rear just spin neverendingly either way(8010 series). Also on the rear I have to loosen the top nut on the piston to make it able to spin at all. Plz help and TIA.

I'm in for an answer. The adjuster on one of my rear konis just doesn't turn. I may ship it back to them.

k figured it out no thx to Koni instructions, their customer service, or internet research.
go figure that the part that adjusts the rebound on the rear is separate from the piston rod and u have to twist it with pliers or a small socket gently....o well just glad that they're not defective and all is good :D

they are compress to adjust. you can to compress the piston rod and turn it until the adjuster sets into the footvalve and turn the rod clockwise to stiffin, once you get the adjustment you want pull the rods out to release adjuster from footvalve and remount.
