Is this an EG hood that would clear H2B swaps without having an obnoxious hood scoop?

As far as custom hoods, we're working on the EG and EF hoods with an H2B swap. It'll have a slight hump but nothing like a huge cowl that it attracts too much attention.

Is that what hood you guys are designing? If it's for the H2B then I don't need that.. I was just wondering what design you guys were coming up with.

What do you need? Just a regular hood? or something with a cowl?

it would be nice to have a hood with a raised cowl for the h2b but also nice for ventilating (reduce under hood temp).

I think i can speak for Jaywest and say that he would definetly buy one if it was made. Kill two birds with one stone...lighter hood and better clearance.

lol yup

Is this being designed around the qsd h2b kit? With what intake manifold?
It would be good to make it so that it clears the Skunk2 manifold.

with the quartersport h2b kit it doesnt matter what intake manifold ur using cuz it still hits the valvecover.

I didn't need any specific hood, I just heard that you guys where designing a hood and I was curious what it was going to look like. I need a new hood but wanted to look at all of my options...

what about a eg with a full-race manifold and BW S372R turbo? My hood had to be opened up and now I need a hump installed! anyone willing to do this let me know.

I cannot drive the car like that, too ugly!

We have several applications we're making/considering. H2B, K-series, etc. Just keep putting out suggestions and we'll be listening.
