A2DP 2010 Accord

Is it possible to use my factory installed Bluetooth system to stream audio from my smartphone to the stereo system?
(2010 Accord EX-L)

i would be lead to believe yes, but sound quality is likely to be far inferior to plugging it in through the headphone jack of your phone.
