HOLY CRAP!!! Do I need to take the engine out and remove the rear suspension?? LOL

Did not expect it would be that difficult! Thank you for the post!

Do you happen to have pictures from Honda Service Manual? Not sure if this is allowed on this forum, but my email address is wekiser@hotmail.com. If you have them, could you email me pdf's of the instructions??

Thanks again!!

I have not done this as yet myself... so it may be possible to do so without removing the bumper, but this is how the manual will say to do it. Why not just replace the bulb?

it's basically the same for both the coupe and sedan.

Yeah... I have not looked at it closely myself, that's just from the helms. I would suspect it could be done without bumper removal, but until I can look at it in person I can't guarantee that. there are a few "techs" on the board, perhaps one of them will chime in

Awesome post man, it seems that Honda itself has opened a repair instruction shop on this page. I think the 2008 Accord is a uber cool car. I have seen it on roads but will go to my nearest dealer to have a look at the interiors.

It hasn't been possible to remove Accord headlamp housings without first removing the bumper since 1989.

I was having a hell of a time trying to figure out how to remove a busted headlight in a 2008 Accord. Thank you sooo much, this made it much easier and i saved me from ripping some of my hair out. Thanks!

Would it also be safe to say that the diagram above will also work towards the 2009 Accord?
