ITR swaybars on EG... couple questions
first off, i got the bars free with the car when i bought it. (it had the 5 lug on already) i want to put them on, but i dont see where the brackets connect to the chassis.
also, i read in another thread that the type r sways might be too stiff for the EG... any info/advice is appreciated.

Re: ITR swaybars on EG... couple questions (boosh)
you should have the holes already i know my ITR rear bar bolted right up with no issues. but your stock EG LCAs wont have the holes accessible for the end links on the bar and that goes for the front as well.
now is an ITR rear bar to much for an EG, personally if you dont know how to handle the car very well i think it is. i went from a 19mm to a 22 ITR bar and for me it was night and day! so just be careful

edit: its a 92 cx with a b series swap. if that makes a difference.

here's a how-to for the front: https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=879554
THere are plenty of other how-to's if you search.
As for the rear its pretty simple. The D-brackets go on the bar and bolt to the subframe, you will see where, the holes are near where the lca bolts to the subframe. The endlinks go on the bar and bolt to the lca's.

You will also need a subframe reinforcement for the rear. Like an ASR brace or something similar. The bar is big enough to tear itself off the subframe if it's not braced...and you actually plan on using the car to drive it around a track hard.
