you need to replace fenders, hood, headlights, and bumper.

straight up?! how is this so? he told you to search and you still have questions, so did you search?

and no, your hood will not work temporarily. it doesn't fit around the headlights.

This is like the 1094098409380938503850983098308093583th time i've seen this asked... But yeah you'll need:

-Hood
-Front bumper
-Front Fenders
-Headlights

And to be cool, a rear bumper and tail lights from a 99-00

You could go from that ^^, or you could search. I'm sure you'll find what information you're looking for if you do.

<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by Honda-Tech Search Engine &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">Your search for Civic Conversion returned 25 results.</TD></TR></TABLE>

Yeah, a few of the results have links in them that will take you through the process, but I'll let you find them. Enjoy learning how to use our very helpful Search feature!

PS- I'm usually a person who tries to help whenever he can, but this question has been asked about 5 times every day since time began, so it's evident that you just need some experience with the search feature. Not trying to be mean.

You're going to need the upper grille too. The '96-'98 upper grille (the one above the bumper but below the hood) will not fit in the place of the '99-'00 one.

And I'd really research this more before you do it since the core support will not fit perfectly and you're either going to need ot replace it (non-ghetto, but more expensive method) or cut/hammer in the corners (ghetto and cheap method).

If you want the entire car to be like a '99-'00, it's just easier to buy a '99-'00.

And sedans would need new trunks too, so that the proper taillights fit.
