88.91 Civic Logo FOUND - For New Floormats
This post has been updated to reflect the progress of the thread.
If any of you guys are interested - we're ready to sell the mats we used for the pictures you see at the top of the first page. Normally these mats with logos would cost almost $75 (including shipping). They're still 100% new - just been sitting in the office in case we needed some more pics. Let me know if you're interested - they're $50 a set shipped. Thanks again to all of you guys for chipping in to help!
4 Door Mats - SOLD
2 Door Maroon with White Edging and Italic "Civic" Logos - $50 Shipped
Not exactly RED like I was hoping ... kinda maroon
2 Door Black with Yellow "Civic: logos - $50 Shipped
Hey Guys - they're finally done! Here's some pic goodness for you:
Not exactly RED like I was hoping ... kinda maroon
Got them posted up on the website for you here:

We did finally find the correct 4G Civic logo and are working on that right now. We should be able to make mats for the 4G 2DR and 4DR by the end of this month. When they're ready we'll post them with some pics for you guys here:
http://www.dstuning.com/OEM-Ac...s.asp
We DO still need an old trunk mat from a 2DR and a 4DR so that we can get those templates for you. Let me know if you guys can find one. I've got a couple guys checking the junkyards, but so far no luck. If anyone has a trunk mat that we can use for templates just let me know and we'll take care of you!
Just for Reference - we're all trying to make sure none of you guys have an odd floor mat template that we'll need to consider. As it stands now the templates for our mats are going to exactly match the mats shown in these pictures. If your logo on your mats differs or if your mats are cut out differently LET US KNOW!

Why would you need an extra clear digital image of the logo when you're only using it on a floomat? Besides, that logo is not that complicated...you could probably make one from scratch or hire an artist.

Thanks for that link - we actually already have that logo digitized - but it's for some later model Civics. While I agree putting the slash in there would be CLOSE to OEM. We really want it to be exactly like OEM. Man I've looked everywhere for this and cannot find it. If you guys know the OEM Honda part number for an OEM sticker I would be able to use that too ...

We need a digital image because we're having the factory Digitize a logo for the mats. The logos are sewn directly into the mats with very high quality embroidery - so if I dont have a decent file for them to work with - then the logo wont be good quality either

This one looks .... cooler.
Any preferences that you 4G Guys have?

Use this and just fill in the lines as it looks like the proper one and is the best.. best to stick with whats original and match the rest.

Re: (firebane)
I agree with you Fire - except I cannot actually find that logo in use anywhere on the body of the vehicle.
Just to put everyone on the same page - FireBane is describing this here:
Is that a correct logo?
Should we do that one as well as this one?

Re: (firebane)
No that's perfect - so this one I have here should work right?
I just want to be sure I get this done right the first time. The factory charges us $100 each time we have them digitize a new logo into their Embroidery machine

Re: (D16Z6racing)
Sounds good, thanks for the input. I've already sent that exact file over to the factory to work with. It'll take them about a week to wrap that up.
We already have the templates done - just need to pull together a completed set for pics and we're ready to go.

you could talk with Matworks in GA. They aleady do it for a civic. They did mine. Call and speak to them. Real nice guys. Plus the owner is a massive gearhead, just finished a 67 mustang gt500.
Marine grade material and will not fade.
I've got them in my civic, lude and rex. Helps that the wife use to work there and left on good terms.
