Yes, on my computer it says it does not work. I have acrobat professional, and adobe reader, neither will open it.

Try deleting it, then redownloading. If that doesn't work, then try the free trial of this. http://www.investintech.com/prod_a2d.htm It should convert the pdf into a word doc that MSOffice or OpenOffice can open and edit. I've neve used this program so I can't promise it will work, but I'd give it a try if I was in your shoes.

If you checked out the previous link for downloading the file, you would have noticed that the file's name was "frinstall.pdf".
