I believe it does but the fenders and hood have to be exchanged as well

Ok that is, I mean the bumper from coupe fit on my sedan same year.

The bumper will fit, but you will need the coupe's hood as well. You do not need fenders.

Yes, the length of the hood differs between the coupe and sedan in order to match the shape of the bumper. This has actually been covered quite a few times...
