Reset Check Engine light

Reset Check Engine light
Please hellp. i have a Jdm H23 and i have a check engine light and i need some tips on how to go about resetting it. i tried taking out the clock radio fuse for a few mins. it went off and came back on. tried unpluging the batt. still dident work. dont realy have the money to get it check out and see whats really wrong. but i need to get it smoged. PLEASE HELP thanks

resetting it will only cause codes to go away if you have fixed them so they arent a problem anymore. Resetting your ecu cant magically fix your codes for you...

Why don't you short out the connector behind the center console and it will tell you what the code is. Save you 60 dollars at honda. Alot of people on this board have what the codes actually mean. Or you can drive around with an orange light on all the time onyour dash.
