I just put a crx si fuel injection swap into my 91 4 door lx the car ran fine for a week and than out of the blue it would turn on and when I give it gas it would die. It is throwing a code 15 and I cant figure out how to fix it. Please help I really need a car.

Just save yourself alot of headache and buy a new distributor, my car had the error code 15 problem from hell. Went to local picknpull got a distributor never had any problems after.

Get a new dizzy. Try a known good ecu first if you can though. Seen a 15 fixed one time by swapping ecu's. All other times it's been the dizzy.

would getting a msd EXTERNAL COIL DISTRIBUTOR CAP CONVERSION KIT also fix the problem?

I love Code 15, it is a great code to have! Just Kidding. Code 15 refers to the Ignition Control Module which sits inside the distributor (Dizzy) on these cars. Symptoms include, stalling at a stop lights or signs, sluggish, feels like it wants to die, feels like no fuel is getting to the injectors, will die and then fire right back up or might take a minute or 2, try and give it gas and the engine cuts out. If this happens to you replace the ICM (ignitor), before you start throwing parts at the car, ECU's, Fuel Pump, Main Relay. The problem is intermitent, it took me 2 weeks with a 91 Honda Civic to figure it out. Learn from my pain.

CAN YOU PLEASE UPDATE THE PICTURES? I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM 91 HONDA CIVIC CODE 15 AND WONT START. NEW TIMING BELT, DISTRIBUTOR, HEAD GASKET, AND WHOLE HEAD SWAP. IT A D16Z6 BOTTOM END WITH A D16A6 HEAD BUT I USED THE SAME INTAKE MANIFOLD. CAR RAN GOOD BEFORE I SWAPPED TRANNYS. ANY HELP WOULD BE APRECIATED THANKS
