Computer shuts off around 140
i have a b16a2 in a 93 civic i got it on the interstate and my computer shut my car off between 130 and 140. what can i do to eliminate this so i can go faster than 130 or 140???

Yeah, you need to remove the speed limiter. The usual procedure for this is to drive into a tree just before it hits the speed limiter. Then you won't have to worry about it.
I'm sure you're going to say some crap about there was no one on the road, blah blah. It doesn't really matter. The street is NEVER a controlled environment. Go to the track and learn how to really drive.

get chipped or reprogrammed or already suggested, hit a tree right b4 the speed limiter kicks in then you wont hit it....... the speed limiter that is

your the type of person dateline does stories about. why the hell are you doing 140 on an interstate. unless your on the autobahn get off American roadways. you WILL hurt yourself and you WILL hurt others. i just dont want to be one of the others or my family/friends......as for you....ehhh
