Questions on Canister Vent Shut Valve - how to remove
I need to replace my Canister Vent Shut Valve. I bought the part at the Honda dealer already, but when I went to remove the old one I got into trouble.
There's only 2 screws that attach it to the canister. The bottom one is pretty corroded but I think I can get it out.
The top screw is the problem. I can't even see it. How have you guys been able to get this out? Is it easier to drop the whole canister to get access to the top screw?
Any advice is appreciated.

Hey guys I need to do this for my sister's car. Do you guys know where this is located and how much the part costs?

On a '98/'99 4-door Accord the canister is roughly underneath the left-rear seat. The vent-shut valve is bolted to the outboard end of the canister.
