Select what you want to drop and drag it down till your preference.

Anyone can bring up one of those online tutorials?

Edit: Use the lasso tool and draw a line from the left side to the right side of the picture. In between will be the fenders of this car above the wheel gap. Make sure you lasso very close to the fender. Make sure the lasso wraps around the top of the picture. Then you can pretty much drag the lasso'd image down.

Ya... if you havent used ps before, this is probably really confusing but i explained the best I can. Also, this is probably the SIMPLEST way to do it. We can get into layers and **** if you want .
