I didn't replace them right after I installed the new radiator. It wasn't starting after the new install so I started doing checks and troubleshooting everything that I could think of and then I replaced the plugs, cap, and rotor. All the wires are hooked up in the correct place so.....don't think that is the problem. Thanks for taking a stab at it though. Any help is appreciated.

Have you checked all the ground wires bolted at the thermostat housing? Several ECU & ignition things are grounded there, so if one of those wires are busted that could explain it. You didn't unbolt them, but maybe you pulled on a wiring harness just enough to break one???
